Return and Exchange Policy

At we have a very user friendly and hassle free Return and Exchange Policy. If you are not fully satisfied with our products or services, our Returns And Exchange Policy allows you to return the goods given that the product warranty exists, and the product is shipped back within 3 days of being shipped to you. We’ll immediately provide you with a resolution in the form of a refund against your purchases, provided your claim passes the quality checking process.

Process To Return A Product:

Damaged and used products will not be accepted.

The product should be placed in the Cover box, along with the invoice in bubble wrap to secure it.

Simply courier your goods to our address. Enclose the courier receipt and we’ll reimburse you for the delivery charges.

What Value We Refund:

The refund value is calculated based on the final amount paid by you at the time of transaction. In applicable cases, courier charges will be added to the refund value

What Are The Items/Goods That Can Be Returned?

Damaged and used products will not be accepted.

Items sold under any sale, promotions, promo-codes, or using credit coupons cannot be returned.

Goods not received in acceptable conditions will not be replaced.

Duration For Exchange/Refund/Issuing A Credit:

Once the product is received it will take a minimum of 15 to 20 working days to process the Exchange/Refund via the original payment method.

In case of a refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take minimum 7 to 10 working days from the date of receipt of the customer’s request.
