Product orders shall be processed within 48 hours of the order being
placed. Once the order gets dispatched will get the tracking details on registered mail. Expected shipment time is 7 business days

We provide Pan India FREE SHIPPING.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Local customs duties are to be borne by
the customer and are not factored into checkout prices. International shipping prices vary by destination.

You can clean your Massager Backpack using wet cloth.

If you find that a product is damaged, or that you have received a wrong product, we are happy to process an exchange within 7 days.

If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return within day from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost. If in case the product is not in stock, the complete cost of the
product will be refunded back to you within 10 to 15 days, In the rare case where a pickup option is not supported by our courier partner you should have to ship the product to us and we will reimburse the courier charges (Maximum of Rs 59 for every 500 gms shipped).

We do not have a refund policy. However if a customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.

We accept most international credit cards. We accept online payment via PayTM /Google pay / UPI / Net Banking.

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers.

If you’d like to cancel an order before it’s shipped, you can call us or send us an email at customercare@eumeworld.com. We will refund 100% of the amount paid. You will receive an email with the order confirmation, and the status of the order. You will also receive tracking information from us once order gets dispatch, where you will be able to see exactly where your order is and what stage of processing.

For Prepaid orders: Once you have made the purchase and are eligible for gift card, you will recieve the card within 24 hours via message and email.

For COD orders : The gift card will be issued within 48-72 hours of accepting delivery and making COD payment to our delivery partner.

The owner of the gift card can use the total denomination either in part or full for buying within the expiry date of the card. No monetary refunds will be issued in exchange of any value available on the gift card by the company. In case of gift card issued in connection with any offers on the website the issued gift card will be voided if the customer refunds the order for which the gift card was issued. For eligible COD orders, the gift card will be issued within 24 hours of delivery of the order.
