My family recently purchased two Trunks Check-In Plus suitcases – one in matte black and one in glossy green – for our international travel. Initially, I was highly impressed with the design and build quality of these bags.
However, I am disappointed to report that within just 20 days of use, and with a maximum load of only 20kg, the bags have already deformed. This kind of damage in such a short period raises serious concerns about the durability and quality of the product.
I kindly request a refund or an exchange for the damaged items. I have attached photos of the deformation for your reference.
