Order & Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours, and the expected shipment time is 5-7 business days. Tracking details are provided via registered email and WhatsApp number once the order is dispatched. If the product is not delivered within the given time period, kindly contact us at customercare@eumeworld.com or call/message at +91 9321366003 between 10 am to 6 pm (Monday - Saturday).

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders across Pan India. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, there is a shipping charge of ₹100.

Yes, international shipping is available. Local customs duties are applicable. Just add your address on the website, and the delivery charges will be automatically visible.

You will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched, allowing you to track your order.

If you receive a product in a damaged condition or if any items are missing from your order, please raise a complaint with our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your package. To process your claim for a damaged or missing product, please provide the following details:

  • Your Order ID
  • An opening video of the package
  • A copy of the invoice
  • The name of the missing or damaged product

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. The product will be picked up from your doorstep and replaced within 7 working days at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be provided within 10 to 15 days.

In cases where our courier partner does not support pickup, you may need to ship the product back to us. We will reimburse the courier charges (up to ₹40-60 per kg shipped) upon receipt of the returned item.

We have a no-question-asked return policy within 14 days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we can process an exchange within 7 days.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. If the order has been dispatched (and you wish to cancel), kindly contact us at customercare@eumeworld.com or call/message at +91 9321366003 between 10 am to 6 pm (Monday - Saturday).

How to set your lock's combination

Each lock is set at the factory to 000. To open the lock, slide/press the button.

Turn the dials through 000 combinations, then press the reset button with a sharp tool and turn the dial to the desired combination.

Check that the numbers are at the center of each of the three dials, then release the button to set it.

Secure the lock by turning the dials.

Maintenance

To clean your Massager Backpack, use a wet cloth or a brush with a foaming wash. This will help keep it in good condition.

To maintain your aluminum products, follow these recommendations:

  • Cleaning: Use a damp cloth or a non-abrasive sponge with clean water to remove dust or dirt.
  • Storage: When not in use, keep the product in a dust bag for protection.

Personalisation

You can engrave up to ten characters on our luggage logo plate, making your EUME feel truly your own.

Personalised items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, but our product warranties still apply.

Payment

We accept most international credit cards, as well as online payments via PayTM, Google Pay, UPI, and Net Banking.

We prioritize the security of your personal information and take great care in ensuring secure transmission from your computer to our servers.

Prepaid orders will receive a gift card within 24 hours via message and email. COD orders will receive the gift card within 48-72 hours after accepting delivery and making the payment. Gift cards can be used in part or full within the expiry date. No monetary refunds will be provided. If a gift card was issued for an order that is later refunded, the gift card will be voided.

Luggage:

Our luggage comes with a 5-year warranty. The warranty covers:

  • Wheels
  • Zippers
  • Handles
  • Compression Pad
  • Trolley Handles
  • Stitching
  • TSA Lock
  • In-Transit Defects at the time of arrival

What we do not cover:

  • Repairable products cannot be replaced.
  • Scratches and dents on the luggage.
  • TSA Lock issues, such as forgotten passwords.
  • Damage resulting from airline mishandling.
  • Stains on the lining.

Our Massager Backpack comes with a 1-year warranty, plus an additional 6 months if you register your warranty. The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing and material defects on the massage panel and massaging units
  • Any stitching issues

However, please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Repaired or repairable products
  • Scratches, blade cuts, and stains on the backpack
  • Tumble-washed and dried products are not eligible for replacement.
