Domestic Delivery:
- Our standard domestic delivery timeframe is 5-6 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment processing.
- Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the shipping destination, and any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of delays, we will promptly notify customers.
- For all customised and/or personalised orders, please allow an additional 1-2 working days to ensure the customizations are completed accurately and to the highest standards.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
- We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery of your purchases.
- Customers can easily track their orders by using the tracking information provided via the carrier's website.
International Shipping Policy:

Our services are expanding, and we aim to reach more global locations in the near future. Below are the details of our international shipping policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

- Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process.
Payments, Customs Duties, and Taxes:
- All international orders are pre-paid; we do not offer Cash-on-Delivery services for orders outside of India.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries. Please ensure you are familiar with your country’s import regulations before placing an order, as we have no control over these charges, and they remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Costs:
- While most international orders qualify for free shipping, exceptions may apply based on geographical location. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated during checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your package.
