Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day trial on most of our products, starting from the day your order is delivered. Take your EUME product on your next adventure, and if it doesn't meet your expectations, simply return it for a full refund or exchange it for another EUME item that better suits your needs.
Please Note:
- Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are tailored specifically for you.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Conditions for Returns
To ensure the quality and reusability of the returned product, the following conditions apply:- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

All components, including tags, manuals, and accessories, should be intact and returned in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products purchased from our physical retail locations.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds typically take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and your bank’s processing times. Important Notes
- Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice and packaging.
- Please ensure that your product meets the conditions outlined above to avoid delays in the refund process.
- Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
Exclusions
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- Customised or personalised items (including engraved products).
- Gift cards, once purchased.
