Wanted to return the product but after trying everything I got no reply from the company. Now my money is all wasted and stuck with an inferior product.
Upon receipt, the product appeared sturdy and well-constructed. However, during its very first use (our initial trip), the side panel(s) unexpectedly cracked. We attempted a temporary repair with an adhesive, but this was unsuccessful.
This level of damage, resulting from minimal usage, is highly disappointing, especially considering your product's marketing emphasis on ruggedness and endurance.
Given that this failure occurred immediately upon first use and does not reflect the advertised quality, I am formally requesting a replacement with a new unit under your product warranty.
I would appreciate a quick and actionable response regarding the steps required to process this replacement.

What could be better:
1. Product has one corner slightly dented on arrival. Means no quality check before delivery.
2. I registered for extended warranty using qr instructions, haven’t received any confirmation whether it’s done or not.
3. This weighs just few grams under 5kg. Which means, with new guidelines of cabin baggage being 7kgs, you have hardly any scope left.

Bag should be lightweight and shoulder straps small ones should be more flexible nd broad not everyone likes long belts as I luv carrying from the shoulder straps only nd weight should be too less it feels heavy while carrying else everything is fine.

I liked the features of the cabin trolley like the usb charging slot, cup holder, wheels and separate electronics compartment. The wrong custom nameplate was sent unfortunately. Took a few followups but finally got the correct nameplate. Now I'm satisfied with the purchase
Looks very nice and sturdy. Fits a good amount of luggage. Premium feel. Only drawback is the scratches which you have to make peace with after using it regularly.
