At EUME, we strive to provide you with high-quality products designed to enhance your journeys. Our warranty ensures that your purchase is protected, reflecting our commitment to durability and functionality.

Warranty Coverage for Luggage

We offer a 5-year warranty on our luggage, broken down as follows:

  • 2 Years Complimentary
  • 3 Years Free upon registration of the product within 30 days of purchase.

This warranty covers specific manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind as you travel.

Zippers:

  • Defective zippers that fail to close properly or become misaligned due to normal use.

🚫 What is not covered

  • Zipper failure due to overstuffing the luggage or forcing closure on an overloaded suitcase.

Trolley System:

👍 What is covered

  • Damage to the telescopic handle or any failure in the push-button mechanism.

Wheels:

👍 What is covered

  • Wheel malfunction, such as breakage or non-rotation, under regular travel conditions.

Shell:

👍 What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects, including cracks in the shell or discolouration at the time of delivery.
  • Structural deformities caused by production flaws.

🚫 What is not covered

  • Damage from improper handling by airlines or other transport services.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or dents.
  • Issues caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or contact with harsh chemicals.

Carry Handles:

  • Breakage of carry handles under normal handling conditions.

Locks:

👍 What is covered

  • TSA lock malfunction or failure to operate correctly.

🚫 What is not covered

  • Locks that become unusable due to forgotten passcodes. It is recommended to note down your lock code for future reference.

Logo Plate:

  • Defects in the attachment or fitting of the logo plate.

🚫 What is not covered

  • Scratches or cosmetic damage from handling.
  • Incorrect engraving requests at the time of order placement.

Side Feet:

  • Breakage or failure of side feet caused by defects in material or manufacturing.

Backpacks and Accessories

Our backpacks and other accessories come with a 1.5-year warranty, as follows:

  • 1 Year Complimentary
  • 6 Months Free upon registration of the product within 30 days of purchase.

This warranty ensures that your everyday essentials are protected against manufacturing defects.

What is covered

👍 Defects in structural integrity or issues with USB charging ports (if applicable) at the time of delivery.

What is not covered

🚫 Wear and tear over time, such as wrinkles, dents, or colour fading.
🚫 Damage caused by overloading, tearing, or misuse.

Spare Parts and Repairs

In the event that a part of your EUME luggage or backpack needs replacement, we have simplified the repair process to make it quick and convenient. We can send you the necessary spare parts, along with easy-to-follow instructions for a hassle-free fix at home.

For repairs related to trolley handles, wheels, logo plates, or TSA locks, our instructional guides will help you restore your product with minimal effort.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

To claim your warranty, please ensure you retain your proof of purchase and register your product within 30 days of purchase to receive the extended warranty. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or regular wear and tear.

If your product requires repair beyond the warranty period, replacement parts will be provided at a nominal fee. Should your product be discontinued, we offer an equivalent replacement or the option to upgrade by paying the price difference.

Important Notes from EUME

  • We recommend taking a photo of your luggage before checking it in with an airline to document its condition.
  • TSA locks are designed to prevent accidental opening, but they may not provide complete protection against unauthorised access by airline personnel. Please inspect your luggage upon arrival after being handled by others.
  • If damage occurs during transit, report it to the airline before clearing customs to ensure your claim is processed.
